Who's my buddy?

She was the one who convinced me that we needed to start walking every day. We do it pretty much now rain or shine—it's my fix.

We try to take different routes around the neighborhood, or we'll walk to the store to grab food to fix for dinner.

I used to have a pedometer I used, but now we kinda know how far we go—usually three miles, and more when the weather is good or when we're talking through some issue at work.

We get a chance to catch up on our day, and we'll usually run into a new neighbor we haven't met.
