Chili and spice seasoning

A spicy seasoning to jazz up soups, stews, and to sprinkle on entrees or baked items.


1/4 cup paprika
2 Tbsp dried oregano, crushed
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red (cayenne) pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Mix ingredients together, then store in airtight container.

Yield: ⅓ cup
